• Payment information processed via our payment provider(s). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3) SMS/MMS Text Messaging Program (A2P)

Program description. With your consent, Empire Pizza & Pub may send you SMS/MMS messages about your orders (e.g., confirmations, status updates, pickup/delivery coordination) and, if you separately opt-in, promotional messages (offers, events, coupons).

Opt-in and consent. You may opt-in by submitting your mobile number on our Sites, during checkout, in-store, or via other documented methods we present (e.g., a web form with a consent checkbox). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Transactional texts are sent per order or account activity. Promotional texts are sent only if you opt-in; frequency may vary by campaign.

Fees disclosure. Message and data rates may apply.

Help & Opt-out. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop further texts from us. Replying STOP to the text with payment link will no loger let you order by calling us. After you text STOP, we may send a single confirmation message. You can also contact us using the details in Contact Us for assistance.

Carriers disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier network.

4) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the Sites. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features. We may use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Sites.

• No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with vendors who help us operate the Sites, Store, and Messaging Services (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, delivery, analytics, customer communications). Mobile number sharing restriction. As stated above, we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Marketing emails/texts. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those emails. For texts, reply STOP.
• Cookies. Adjust your browser or device settings to manage cookies.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Contact us (see Contact Us) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal obligations. Where applicable law provides additional rights (e.g., in certain U.S. states), you may exercise those rights by contacting us.

We retain information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose (e.g., order records retained for tax and accounting; consent logs retained to demonstrate compliance).

9) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. By using our sevice, you agree to be over 13 years of age and/or have parental permission.
